CALL TO ORDER:
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: None
NEW BUSINESS:
- Discussion of RFQ submittals received for the Vibrant Community Initiative Grant with Brad Schide, Circuit Rider for the CT Trust for Historic Preservation
The Committee with Mr. Brad Schide reviewed and discussed the eight presentation packages received from the following groups: The Cecil Group; CME Associates, Inc.; Community Opportunities Group, Inc.; Dodson & Flinker Landscape Architects & Planners; Ferrandino & Associates Inc. Planning & Development Consultants; Fitzgerald & Halliday Inc.; Hutton Associates, Inc.; and O’Riordan Migani Architects LLC.
The Committee determined to interview three firms. The Cecil Group, Community Opportunities Group, Inc., and Hutton Associates, Inc. will be contacted to be interviewed on January 8, 2015.
